License & Terms

1. License

Each purchase gives you a personal, non-exclusive license to use the theme on one Perfect Panel domain.
The license is tied to the domain you give us at purchase. Moving to a new domain is possible once on request.
You may change colors, texts and layout for your own panel.
You may not resell, share, publish or give away the theme files, in full or in part, or use them on more panels than you have licenses for.
Each copy contains a unique identifier. If a copy is shared or resold, the related license may be cancelled without refund.

Installation on your panel is included in both plans.
Updates and support are included for 3 months (Standard) or 12 months (Pro) from the purchase date.
Custom design work beyond the theme's settings is quoted separately.

Because the theme is digital and installed on your panel, payments are generally non-refundable once the files have been delivered or installed.
If the theme does not work on your panel and we cannot fix it within 7 days of your report, you get a full refund.

SMMSkin is an independent product and is not affiliated with, or endorsed by, Perfect Panel.
The theme changes the look of your panel only. You remain responsible for your panel, its services and its content.
